Fillanthropy was a pilot project initiated by the students of California Lutheran University and supported by the City of Thousand Oaks to discourage the purchase of bottled water, encourage the recycling of plastic beverage containers on college campuses and provide insight into the predicament the human race has created in regards to the scarcity, pollution, waste and future of water.
